
Bush Motels was first with positive locking retractable door knobs (still in use by most manufacturers); glued and laminated lightweight joinery; low-toxic materials. Frames were lightweight hi-ten steel, welded and epoxy coated. Clad in 450 Hi-ten enamel steel - resistant to dents and scratches.
